Jess is a dedicated, organized, and methodical individual who has good interpersonal skills, is an excellent team worker, and is keen and very willing to learn and develop new skills. She is reliable and dependable and often seeks new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. She has an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done. She is determined and decisive in identifying and developing opportunities.
Clients and managers had praised her for her work ethic. She frequently obtained promotions and rewards for her efforts, which allowed her to become one of our best employees and a valuable addition to our team.
She has extensive experience with healthcare processes, having held a variety of positions that have allowed her to better understand the workflow from the time a client schedules an appointment until their insurance pays their claims.
